Parking Buddy doesn't collect, return or store vehicle neither have any respresentation at any UK Airport.
Called number 20 minutes before arrival at Gatwick and was met by a rep who was waiting took the car went through the checks and told and given card about returning. As i was leaving from South terminal and arriving North it was not a problem. On return called as requested met the rep and waited five minutes for car to arrive. Car in same condition after checks given ticket to exit and left. Smooth service and went very well. Recommended.

Overall the service was good and with a few tweaks if could be great. It was frustrating at drop off that we'd been waiting the longest however when the chaps returned to collect a few cars they didn't ask this, just went to the person closest to them who had only been waiting a matter of seconds. Such an easy change to make drop off better for everyone. Also a 45 minute wait to get the car back at 2 in the morning was a bit much and not very meet and greet! That said, the car was brought back and the price was good so I would use again, just small niggles that could be changed easily!

Apart from miscommunication from one of the drivers which cost extra for waiting at Heathrow and myself getting the stating the wrong arrival time, it went smoothly. I must state though there was an unsual high mileage noticed when car was collected. I will use again as it the cheapest . An improvement would be to answer calls promptly.

The website directions for Maple parking has a lot of old / irrelevant information about diversion routes etc. I was confused about which route to take and so I telephoned to get the exact postcode. When I arrived my booking was not on the system. I was told I was in the wrong place and Maple parking was the sister company. I advised I had called ahead on the contact details provided, and that was the postcode I was given. I was further confused why on the big sign it said Maple parking if this wasn't the correct place. The lady checked again and finally found my booking.

Staff helpful when we called because we could not find the pick up point when we returned, this was our own fault as we did not read the card which was given to us when leaving the car.

Interesting Experience, the driver that transferred us to the airport in the early hours of the morning thought he was on a race track. The person answering the phone when we arrived back was abrupt and told me that I'd only got 1 minute to make it to the collection point. The driver then decided to tailgate the vehicle in front when leaving the airport and demolished the barrier as it came down on the minibus. I personally feel there was too many vehicles in the carpark when collecting my vehicle and thus made it very tight to get out .

Booking online was easy, drop off was also easy, transfer was timely and return/collection information was comprehensive and understandable. My only concern is where my car was kept whilst I was away. On my return, my tyres looked as though it had been parked in a field, with mud half way up the tyres. I am aware that the UK had some pretty awful weather whilst we were away, but I do wonder where the cars are parked. After all, Parking buddy sell themselves on how the look after the customer and the vehicle. Would I use them again? Possibly.

Smooth, easy and really hassle free parking. Only drawback was extensive road work in surroundings which was a bit challenging on arrival, but not APH fault. Did find it with a few minutes of fiddling. On return missed one bus, but the other one came quite quickly after, which was really good. Despite liking more to deal with parking people in person when taking my car back, the novelty machine (maybe only for me), for deposited car key retrieval and finding my car following the marking on attached key tag, was very easy.

There was some confusion when we dropped off our car - the info on the website said at the drop off zone, but this was actually INSIDE the orange car park, and not outside the terminal... so we would have been late for our flight if we\'d allowed only half an hour... it took 2 phone calls and speaking with the other agents on the ground to find out where we should go.. The only problem we encountered was that we were arriving from an inn near the South Terminal which was not obviously on the written directions we were given. So we typed in AZ Parking in Google Maps, but that only took us to the corporate headquarters!! Luckily the Cophall people were able to give us the post code and that got us there. Definitely use the post code if not using the directions sent. We were lucky that we started early.

Drop off and getting to the airport was great.\r\nUnfortunately going back to the car was a very slow process, 15 mins for the bus to arrive. 10 min wait and then about a 30 min drive to the car park due to heavy traffic. Not the fault of the company but was frustrating as we had 2 very tired kids and wanted to get in the car as soon as possible.\r\n

We booked late so the price was higher then expected. \r\nOn drop off we took the wrong entrance in T2 (Heathrow) and ended up on level 3 not 4. This was not a problem and the staff met us on level 3 to collect the car. \r\nOn pick up we called as requested and although our collection time was an hour later the car was delivered to us earlier with no issues. The car was clean and staff polite. We would recommend this service.

Initally entrance was difficult to find but after phoning & speaking to pleasant young man,I found out I was only 30 seconds away & get clear directions there after.Had just missed courtesy bus so had to wait 15mins but tgere was a wsiting area with a heater so no problem there.The only down side are the mimi buses to transfer you to & from airport they are a bit worn inside.Would definitely use again.

However in this case i was told car would be 10 - 15 minutes. There seened to be other providers where the cars were there waiting for them. Very pleased with the service we had with the Meet and Greet of Tudor Rose. Both drop off and collection were in the middle of the night so expected the representatives to not be at their happiest but both were joyful, polite and humorous. They were prompt with timings on both collection and return, the car had only done the expected mileage so comfortable that it was looked after and all was as expected. Only one very slight annoyance. Our return flight was with an airline that went bust so we had to change the flight we came in on to a few hours later. We had a non flex booking so we got charged £10 for the time difference which was annoying considering it was totally out of our control but also they are the rules. We were asked to pay it when we handed the car over which was fine but they then also asked us for it when we collected the return so it wasn't logged that we had paid. Minor issue though, overall all good and would use again.

The parking service was excellent. They even corrected the mistake we made regarding collection terminal with no fuss. They were on time and very polite. The only improvement would be to put some paper or polythene in the footwell of the drivers seat....The car must have been parked somewhere the drivers feet got muddy.... small point but would have been a nice consideration

This was a new experience for me, I had some reservations after reading a few negative comments but found their process reasonably good. As advised called them before arriving at the airport and found their pickup driver already waiting on the 4th floor. On my return made the phone calls on landing and again on collecting luggage. This time I had to wait for 15 minutes in the car park for the car to arrive for me, given that it was a Friday evening it was perhaps understandable.\r\nOn the whole a good value for money and I will recommend them.

The service was seamless from start to finish! Dropped off my car and was immediately chaufered to the airport. Upon pickup they had obviously looked up my flight and called me when I landed. Easy to do and flexible when we arrived slightly later due to traffic on arrival and then earlier than planned on return! took the anxiety out of giving a time and then getting fined if you miss it, which I noticed a lot of the companies do. Would use again. Only slight downside was that car was filthy on outside when we picked it up- had probably been under a tree! But it was outside for a week so it could happen anywhere.

Everything about this Meet and Greet is just right. The instructions to get to the pick up point were good. It is fantastic to actually discover a round the clock office on site to hand the keys to, and to pick up the keys on getting back. The car was ready for pick up without any let up there, and the car was in fine fettle - did not look like it had been parked in a muddy field or in a dusty place. The only slight difficulty was orienting myself back to the pick up point after the disorientation of the holiday and travel back, and being spat out at another part of the airport...arrivals.

The signage could be improved as there are 2 multi story car parks within 50 metres of each other but apart from the confusion of where to go I will still use this car parking facility in the future. Once you know the procedure its very easy and efficient and I would definitely recommend it. Also one of the reasons that I chose this car parking was that they advertised where your car is going to be parked (on the top floor of a multi story car park) and you know its not going to be parked in a muddy field somewhere. I photographed my car mileage when I dropped it off and it was the same when I picked it up.

I used this service for the first time and overall wasn\'t a bad service.\r\n\r\nThey couldn\'t allocate my booking (which I did 2 weeks prior to needing it) but once there they manually did it. The site is so close to the airport that it\'s very handy. The service from the car park to the airport was good but the walk from the drop off to the terminal is a little far so if you have a lot of luggage to take you might struggle. \r\n\r\nOn arrival, I called to let them know I was back and they told me to wait at the pick up point F. Through probably no fault of their own, the signing of where to go once outside of the airport for Location F isn\'t great - its quite small and it was dark when I got out but waited in what I thought was the right place (and it was).\r\n\r\nGot back to the site car park to pick up my car and the guys said I hadn\'t called them (but I had) but luckily my car was there waiting to be collected.\r\n\r\nOverall a good experience and will use them company again.

Good value for money and a good service. The only snag we had was at the pick-up: we were waiting at the allocated place when the driver and minivan arrived. He asked if we were waiting for Heathrow Park & Ride and I said the surname we\'d booked under, but he didn\'t recognise it so assumed we were not his customers. After another 5 minutes he called me from his mobile (6 feet away) and spoke to me, so we found each other eventually.

We could not have been happier with the service provided. We were running a little late and called ahead as requested and were asked to call again 20 minutes before arrival. We were greeted by a really jolly and efficient professional. I was a little stressed as we were late and hadn't used this service before, but he confidently took charge reducing all anxiety. At 5.15 a.m that’s impressive! Very easy hand over and collection process. We would definitely use again. Thank you. I hope you can find the youthful, silver haired gentlemen at drop off, to commend him for his excellent customer service.

The only comment I would make is that the passenger window of the car was slightly open and I am not sure whether the car was hosed down (as it looked quite clean) but the seat was a bit wet as water had come through the window. Easy to find. Friendly service and competitively priced. Once they had taken my car away and I was in the terminal. I realised that I had left my wallet in my door side pocket. It contained a small amount of cash, but more importantly my credit and debit cards. I called them and within 20 minutes someone returned to the terminal and delivered it to me. O had no problems whatsoever. Left the car with them at the car park and it was there waiting for me on my return. Looks like there is a sectioned off area at the top of the car park. I assume it was left there. Not sure if they have an overflow area if full.

Easy dropping off my car and picking it up. Very helpful company I thought I had lost my wallet before flying. They went where they had parked my car to check if wallet had been left in the car. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Called when I landed , called when collecting bags but got delayed for 20min when my daughter realised she had left her parcel on the plane. I booked the cat parking on he Wednesday evening as due to fly Thursday afternoon. Due to covid-19 we was then unable to fly. I phoned the company first thing to cancel parking. I was told that I was unable to as was a 48 hour cancellation. So did not receive any refund. I felt this was strongly unjust as I didnt even have 48 hours between the time of booking and the time I was parking. In fact we less than 24 hours. \r\n\r\nIn light of the circumstances that the world is currently going through , I felt the company could of been more understanding . Not only had i lost out money and my trip, I also lost out money on a service I was unable to use. \r\n\r\nI understand this company had guidelines but they certainly where not clear in this situation

I cannot fault the quality of service as both drop off and pick up were exactly as expected. The gentleman who picked my car up was very helpful and accommodating given that I was unable to make contact a full half hour before arriving at the car park due to the sheer volume of traffic and there being nowhere for me to stop.\r\n\r\nThe gentleman who dropped my car off was a little less pleasant however. Frustratingly, I was slightly later than agreed (by 10 minutes) getting to the car park on level 4 on account of the fact that there were so many people clogging up the lifts, it took nearly 15 minutes for me to queue. The gentleman however was less than happy at my being late (and extremely jet lagged) and did not hide it.\r\n\r\nTo be fair, the car park charges were more than he expected so I can understand the frustration but I cannot say that the poor attitude impressed me one way or the other. \r\n\r\nThat aside, an excellent service though I would say that it is impossible to telephone you half an hour before dropping the car off if you are stuck in traffic on the motorway and having mobile numbers as your contacts is not necessarily a good idea as I tried both numbers several times on the morning I was due to pick up my car before connecting.

I would never heard of Parking Buddy and after researching a few independent reviews which were all positive thought we'd try them .. as we make regular trips and over the course of each year we've tried every valet park service ..some are ok , some take a little long to bring the car in when you return , only Purple Parking are now permanently off our list of vendors as their valet staff stole my iPod and sunglasses from the car and then hid behind terms and conditions to avoid responsibility but Parking Buddy on our Christmas trip were a revelation .. we had two cars across the family so a lot of co ordination was required .. we made one call 20 mins before we arrived and they were waiting at a designated place in the short stay .. paperwork took 60 seconds and we made two quick calls on return , one to say we'd landed and one when we'd collected our bags .. and from walking the short covered distance from arrivals to the short stay , both our cars were ready and waiting immediately .. SUPERB SERVICE ... having experienced all of the valet options we can say that on this first trip , Parking Buddy were the BEST OF THEM ALL ... AND THE BEST PRICE !! well done .. we'll be using them again !

The check-in took a little longer than expected as there was quite a queue. The drop-off and pick-up point was easy to find. The pick up cane to collect about 15 minutes after we phoned and the car was ready when we arrived to collect it. Pretty good service and would definitely use again.

I was very nervous about leaving my car with a anyone but I chose to use Tudor rose from Gatwick I called them 20 mins before arrival at the terminal and when I arrived the driver was there waiting for me he took the mileage and pictures of the car and advised me 5 approx miles would be added to the mileage as they had to drive the car away and drive it back which was fine. On return when we arrived back I called them at 2am and they were outside the terminal within 10 minutes of me calling them my car in the exact condition I gave it them I can’t recommend these guys enough very professional and polite I will definitely be using these guys again when I travel

Far better than park and ride services. A short walk straight to the terminal which is very convenient. We called 30mins prior to arrival as requested and upon arrival. Only down side was we had to wait 15mins for collection of car at both ends. Would be nice to arrive with chauffeur available for swift hand over but having said that....... communication and overall experience was fine. Would definitely use again. Friendly service.

Firstly on the outward and return flight we were flying very early in the morning, we got back to Gatwick at 00.20, we were astonished that when we phoned to say that we had arrived, we were told the mini-bus was already waiting at the nominated pick up point. \r\nStaff were extremely efficient and obviously cared, even at that time of night and the turn around was extremely fast.\r\nI would expect to use this company again, and was very delighted in their obvious professionalism, very rare in today’s marketplace.
